Some examples of kittens over the years.

Just a selection but what fun they have been (and lots of hard work !)

The kittens are always born and reared in the house. When they are about 3 - 4 weeks old, they come into the kitchen where Stella (the dog) helps to rear them. The kittens just adore Stella, and Stella adores them.
To explain

Stella is a black labrador crossed with a rottweiler. She prefers cream kittens best ! I think they taste different when she sucks them around the neck.

Stella is just so gentle with them, they all run up to her after a couple of weeks and demand fuss and attention

At first it was somewhat frightening, but now I know she adores the kittens as much as we do, so she won't hurt them.
It must be good for the kittens' confidence.
